He has also passed the intermediate as well as Final examination of Cost & Work Accountant with 1st Rank in North India & Eastern India Region respectively. Presently he is pursuing “Information Systems Audit (ISA)” course from ICAI. He is an expert in Internal Audit of a number of Indian & Multinational companies. He is extensively involved in developing and managing customer relations. He has worked on ERP package SAP. Mr. Pawan graduated with a Bachelor’s of Commerce degree in Accounting in 1998 from University of Delhi, New Delhi. He is an expert in doing the Internal Auditing of a number of Indian & multinational companies.

He has passed CA final Examination with 23rd Rank in All India Level. He has also passed final examination of Cost & Work Accountant with 3rd Rank in All India Level. He has passed MBA from FMS (DELHI) with 2nd Rank.

Mr. Pawan has been involved in the following areas of professional activities:-

He is the in-charge of Jharkhand Branch of the firm.

A professional qualified Chartered Accountant, Ms. Seema Agrawal has a combined experience in the field of audit, taxation, accountancy and related areas. Ms. Agrawal did both his school and college education from Calcutta. Along with graduation from the Calcutta University, she pursued the course of chartered accountancy from Institute of Chartered Accountants Of India. He is the in-charge of Thane Branch Office of the firm

• Expereince in handling IPO’s (Initial Public Offer), Rights Issues, Bonus Issues, Preferential Offer etc as per SEBI guidelines. Handled IPO of Gallantt Metal Limited in March 2006 and complied all formalities with BSE & NSE for Listing purpose
